  • You certainly have the option to do so. However, with employees comes more overhead, insurance, training, salary negotiations, taxes, workers comp, etc. With DKN Admin Solutions, we are your partner, not an employee, and we cost less than your typical EA, without the overhead. 

  • Our services are available as monthly packages, and tailored to how much support you need. All packages start with a 2-month minimum commitment, with payment for both months due upfront (can be split into 2 payments). This gives us the time to really get things running smoothly and for you to experience the full benefit of having dedicated support. After the initial period, we move to a rolling monthly arrangement. Some packages are tailored to specific needs and that will require a custom quote. 

  • Great question! The first couple of months are where the real groundwork happens. We get your systems set up, learn the ins and outs of your business, and we find our rhythm together. Securing that time upfront means we can fully commit to your business from day one, without distractions. It also means you see genuine, lasting results rather than a quick fix. Think of it as investing in a solid foundation!

  • We totally understand that needs vary! We’ve found that a 2-month minimum is really the sweet spot for getting proper results, anything shorter and we'd barely have time to get set up before we're wrapping up. If you're unsure whether ongoing support is right for you, let's have a chat. We’d be happy to help you figure out what would work best for your situation.

  • Every package is a little different because every business is different! Generally, our services cover things like email and calendar management, document creation, client communications, research, and general admin tasks. We'll talk through exactly what you need before you commit, so you'll know precisely what's included in your package.

  • Via email, Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp, or whatever tools you already use. We'll agree on the best communication method during the onboarding call, along with response time expectations, so there are no surprises.

  • Absolutely! Everything you share with DKN, from emails to business details is treated with complete confidentiality. We usually use a specialized CRM system to house all information, unless the client prefers another method of use. All admins are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if that gives you extra peace of mind.

  • After the initial 2-month period, we move to a rolling monthly arrangement. You can continue with the same package or we can chat about what's working and what we'd like to change. Most of our clients stay long-term because having that consistent support really does make a difference!

  • It's nice and simple! Fill out the intake form, book your free consultation call to chat through your needs. From there, our team will prepare your proposal and invoice. Once you're happy, we'll get your onboarding booked in. I can't wait to hear from you!
